Switchvox - What do I do when my Switchvox 310, 360, 380, 450 or 470 will not auto boot?
The Switchvox 310, 360, 380, 450 or 470 appliance should automatically boot up when power is applied. If you apply power and the system does not boot up, follow the below steps:
Remove power from the system
Press and hold the recessed power button on the front left side of the Switchvox for 2 - 3 seconds
Release the power button and restore power to the system
Note: The recessed power button is the lower of the two circular depressions on the front left of the system. You will have to unscrew the front panel to access this. Image below applies to these appliances.
