Switchvox - What to do When Unable to Dial Extensions from an IVR

If you are unable to dial a specific extension, or set of extensions, it is most likely caused by not having this extension, or set of extensions listed within the Default Group for extension dialing for this IVR. Adding the missing extension(s) should correct the issue.

To add extensions to this group, navigate to Setup > Groups > Then modify the necessary group
