Switchvox - How to Listen to Recorded Calls on the Switchvox

In order to listen to call recordings that haven't been offloaded from the Switchvox, navigate to:

1. Tools

2. ​Call Recording

3. Recorded Calls

4. Click the blue arrow under Action
