Switchvox - How do I download an XML file of my contacts? [Obsolete]

Note: As of version 6.7, the Contacts tool has been replaced by External Contacts, and the XML download option has been removed.

If you are migrating to a new Switchvox, or just need to make changes to your system contacts in Switchvox, it may be helpful to simply download the XML data for your contacts. Below are the steps to download the Contacts file:

Navigate to Tools -> Extension Features -> Contacts
Highlight the group or groups you want to download
Click the Floppy Disk icon labelled Download Internal Directory XML File
