Switchvox - Why will Switchvox not accept my .csv file for extension importing?

If you experience an error when attempting to upload a .csv file when you are importing extensions to Switchvox, you may be having an issue with the format of your file.

When saving the .csv (particularly in MacOS) be sure to save the file in Windows Comma Separated (.csv) format.
