Switchvox - Why are my packet captures being removed from my phone system after refreshing the Advanced Debugging page?
If you run a packet capture from Server - Diagnostic - Advanced Debugging and you refresh the browser window and the packet capture disappears, the problem is the PBX HDD is over threshold.
Check Server - Diagnostic - Server Info. If it shows disk over threshold you will need to remove data in order to run packet captures.
Next check Server - Diagnostic - Disk Usage to find out what is causing the HDD to be over threshold.
