Switchvox - How can I password protect my extension so that anyone who calls it has to enter a password?

1. Log into the extension that you would like to password protect.

2. Navigate to Features-Call Rules.

3. Click the Create Call Rule Set button.

4. Name your call rule and select the timeframe and status that you would like it to be active.

5. Click the Save Call Rule Set button.

6. Now click the Create Action button.

7. Select Secret Code.

8. In the secret code settings, set your secret code in the Secret Code to Prompt For box.

9. Fill out the rest of the Secret Code Settings and then click the Save Action Button.

10. Go back to the main Call Rules Screen and drag the secret code call rule into the number one position on the call rule list.
