Switchvox - Why are queue phones not ringing when my queue is set to Ring All?
My queue is set to Ring All members and not all phones will ring when a queue call comes in.
Go to Setup > Extensions: Manage > click on modify pencil for queue.
Check Queue Member Settings and set Seconds for Wrap Up to 0.
Set Time Between Members to 5.
Set fAuto Logoff to 0.
Save Call Queue.
Al phones should now ring that are members of the queue and are logged in.
