Switchvox - What can I do when I get a 403 Forbidden HTTP error when accessing the Web Interface in Switchvox?
Login as admin and Check Server > Access Control Rules and verify the network that the users are on is included in the Access Control Rules (if they are on a different network or VLAN than the Switchvox server).
Try enabling Web User Portal and Web Admin Portal on All Networks (set to On) under Server > Access Control. Or setup an Access Control Rule for the network address that is accessing the Switchvox and enable Web User Portal and Web Admin Portal (set to On).
Check for a Blocked IP Address under Server > Access Control > Blocked IP Addresses.
Use a completely different browser (or use an Incognito window for Chrome, or a Private Window for Firefox). Or clear the browser cache completely.
Check Firewall Settings Firewall-NAT-Checklist
Check the IP Configuration page (Server > IP Configuration). Add a public DNS server address (such as 8.8.8.8), and make sure the Hostname is correct (under Advanced Options). Is the public IP Address correct (click on Look Up External IP)? If it is different insert the IP address.
WARNING: This will drop all calls and restart the software.
