Switchvox - How to enable Visual Voicemail on an extension when the Visual Voicemail Permission is set to yes

  1. Login to the admin portal of your PBX

  2. Navigate to Setup>Manage

  3. Locate the extension that can not access the Visual Voicemail and click the Modify button

  4. Click on the Phone Settings Tab

  5. Set the Msgs Button Action to Open Visual Voicemail

  6. Click Save Sip Extension
