Switchvox - How do I create an outgoing call rule for 811, "Call before you dig"?

Create the following rule to call out to 811 before you do any digging:

1. Go to http://call811.com/811-your-state

2. Choose your state and copy the phone number

3. In Switchvox, go to setup > outgoing calls and create an outgoing call rule

4. Create the call rule with the following:  Pattern To Match - Number begins with the digits 811.
   The rest of the number must be between 0 and 0 digits in length.
   Before connecting the call, trim 3 digits from the front, and then prepend the digits <insert the full number from step 2 without the hyphens> to the number.

5. Toggle to YES for Is This Rule Final and Allow All Extension to Use Rule

6. Save

For example, I look up Alabama at http://call811.com/811-your-state and find that the 811 number is: 1-800-292-8525.
I create the call rule as explained above:
Pattern To Match
Number begins with the digits 811
The rest of the number must be between 0 and 0 digits in length.
Before connecting the call, trim 3 digits from the front, and then prepend the digits 18002928525 to the number.
