How do I change or update my existing extension password?
From time to time users may have a need to change their extension password. The following process details how a user can do this via the Switchvox user interface.
Log into your Switchvox user interface by accessing the URL or IP address of your Switchvox system.
Enter your extension number and current password to login. (If you do not know your current password, perform a password recovery by selecting 'Forgot Password' located underneath the 'Sign In' button on the login screen.)
Once logged into your Switchvox system, navigate to 'Features' then 'My Account'.
Now, enter your new password and confirm it.
Click the 'Save Account Information' button.
Congratulations! You've changed your extension password!
