Switchvox - How To Sync Rapid Dial Favorites (6.0)

  1. Login to extension and go to Features > Phone Features > Rapid Dial Favorites tab > Digium Phone Options.

  2. Set Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial Favorites to NO and Save.

  3. Login out of extension completely, log back in and set Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial Favorites to YES.

  4. Save and it should sync the Rapid Dial Keys on the phone.

Alternately, you can do this under Setup > Manage > Phone Settings> Contact Settings​and change theEnable Line Keys for Rapid Dial to NO >Save.
Then go back into thePhone Settings tab >Contact Settingsand setEnable Line Keys for Rapid Dial toYesagain.
