Switchvox - How Do I Add Contacts to My Switchboard on v.6.x?

1. Login to the extension page: type in <server_ip>/main on your browser address bar.

2. To load Switchboard: click on the Switchboard icon at top-right of page.

3. Click on Layouts icon (computer monitor icon) and select Edit to open the Layout Editor.

4. Click on Add Widget > Contacts and Tags

5. Scroll down to select the Contacts in the left box (Available) and click on the arrow -> to add to the box on the right (Selected). 

6. You can Sort by First Name, Last Name or Extension.

7. Click SAVE button

8. You can drag the Contacts window to the desired spot and resize it by clicking on the right-bottom corner of the window.

9. Click on the SAVE button on the top toolbar.

You can add moreContactsby editing theSwitchboard Layout(steps 1 - 3) and clicking on the gear icon on the top of theContacts and Tags window.
This will bring up the dialog box and you can follow steps 5-9 to select more contacts.
