Switchvox - Why wont my CSV bulk import of contacts work in switchvox 6.4?
Starting on Switchvox 6.4, you are unable to upload or use a CSV file that you were able on previous versions.
Resolution
In 6.4 the format of the csv file has changed slightly. It now requires the voicemail_password column after the password column and the password for this must follow. The example below shows the correct format.
