Switchvox - How Do I Callback Missed Calls When the Phone Number Has a + Sign Prepended to It?

  1. Login as admin 

  2. Go to Setup > Outgoing Calls > Create a new Outgoing Call Rule: 

  • Number begins with the digits [ ] (enter a + sign in the field)

  • The rest of the number must be between 11 and 11 digits

  • Before connecting the call, trim [ 1 ] digits from the front (enter a 1 in field)

  • Primary Call Through Provider: select the Provider Name, or use Any Provider

  • Is this rule final? YES 

  • Allow all existing extensions to use this rule? YES 

  • Save Outgoing Call Rule
