Switchvox - How do I activate my G729 license to use in the Switchvox software?

First you will need to purchase the G.729 license key. You can either contact Digium Sales at (256) 428-6262 to purchase or go to our web store.
Once you have the license key:

1. Log into the /admin UI of the Switchvox

2. Tools -> Digium Addon Products

3. Select Product: G729

4. Enter your G729 license key -> Register Product

5. After it is registered, perform a software restart to fully activate the new codec. A software restart will cause all calls to drop.

After the license key is activated, you can now set up your SIP extensions or SIP providers to use the G.729 license for SIP based calls.
