Description:Â The Echo Reduction tool on the Telephony page usually runs a process on the system to make common sense changes to Channel Group configuration to help avoid Echo or sound quality issues on Analog lines. As of 6.7 the process is no longer running when the Run Echo Reduction tool button is selected.
