Switchvox - Extension Type (5.X)

There are many different types of extensions in Switchvox. The phone and virtual extension types (SIP, Analog, and Virtual) have most of the same settings, and they have a corresponding Extension Suite account. Other types of extensions do not have a username and password for an Extension Suite account.
