Switchvox - Why Does My Switchvox Desktop Softphone Say Error Requires Active Subscription?

When your subscription lapses you will lose certain advanced features of the Switchvox software. Please see THIS article for more information. You can check your support subscription end date by logging into the admin interface of the Switchvox software and navigating to Server > Updates.

**NOTE: If your support subscription is still valid, but you are getting the error on the Desktop Softphone app that it requires an active subscription, in the admin interface of the Switchvox within Server > Updates, press the Refresh button at the top of the page and test the Desktop Softphone again once complete.
