Switchvox - Microphone not working on desktop Softphone

Microsoft has an update that can cause one-way audio on Desktop softphones. Windows Update 1803 shuts off Microphone access to all applications. 

To fix simply go to Start>Settings (the gear icon)>Privacy>Microphone>Allow
