Switchvox - Why will my Switchboard not load starting January 12, 2021?

Beginning January 12, 2021 Adobe will block Flash content from playing in Flash Player due to the end of life (EOL) of Flash. See the following link for more information: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/enterprise-end-of-life.html

Due to the EOL of Flash, most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer/Edge, etc) will have updates in the following days that remove the ability to enable Flash manually. Switchvox Switchboard users who are still using software version 5.11.1 or older will no longer be able to load their Switchboard. Updating your Switchvox to 6.1 or higher will allow you to regain functionality of the Switchboard as this moves over to HTML instead of Flash.

Will Switchvox 6.1 run on an older Switchvox appliance?

To use the 6 series versions of Switchvox, we recommend using a Switchvox appliance (80, 310, 360, 380, 450, 470). While it's possible to run the 6 series versions of Switchvox on older appliances, you may experience a degradation in performance as the software, and your use of its features progresses past the capabilities of your appliance. Our newest appliances (E510, E520, E525, E530, E540) have minimum software versions they support and will not be able to run older software such as 6.1.
