Switchvox - How do I setup up my Phone Networks in order to work with the Digium Softphone

  1. Login to the Admin portal of the PBX.

  2. Once logged into the PBX navigate to the Server drop down menu and select Phone Networks under the Networking Section.

  3. On the Phone Networks page click the Modify icon for All Networks

  4. On the Modify Phone Network page for All Networks under the Primary Host (PBX) section change the Host Address field to a publicly routable IP address or hostname that is able to resolve locally and externally.
