Switchvox - What Is The Software Upgrade Path For Switchvox?

The Switchvox will only let you 'jump' to the next highest stopping point. This means you don't have to do updates incrementally, however there will be certain versions you have to update to before you can continue along the update path. When looking in Server > Updates you will see a list of available updates. If the download and download/apply buttons are highlighted then this means you can jump straight to that version. If the download and download/apply buttons are grayed out this means you can't jump to that version directly and instead need to look in the list for the highest version that is highlighted.
