Switchvox - What is the SIP URI for Option 66 for Sangoma Phones?

For Switchvox 6.3.6 and earlier, your DHCP server can use the following SIP URI (only for Sangoma phones where under Server -> Phone Networks you have Direct Port Access enabled; otherwise use port 5060): sip:proxy@ip_address:5062
For Switchvox version 6.4 and later, your DHCP server can use: sip:proxy@ip_address:5060
For example: sip:proxy@10.10.1.100:5060 where 10.10.1.100 represents the IP address of the Switchvox.
For Sangoma DECT phones on Switchvox v.7.3 or higher: Setup -> Sangoma Wireless Phones -> Configuration Access > enter Username and Password. This allows the Sangoma DECT Basestation and Switchvox to exchange configuration information.
For DECT Phones: Below is the URI format used for Option 66, where the username and password are specific to the Sangoma Wireless Phones settings in Switchvox. Login as /admin and go to Setup > Phones: Sangoma Wireless Phones > Configuration Access > Username and Password: https://<username>:<password>@<pbx<https://%3cusername%3e:%3cpassword%3e@%3cpbx><SwitchvoxFQDN/IPaddress>:443
