Switchvox - How do I reprogram line 2 to be message fetching on a Polycom?

If the Polycom was provisioned using Phone Feature Packs:

1. Log into the extension for the phone and add a phonebook entry for extension 899 (or whatever extension you use for Voicemail Access)

2. Put that contact at the top of the list.

3. Go to Phone Settings > Other Manufacturers > and make sure line keys per registration is set to 1.

4. This should push out the new phonebook entry as the "contact" for line 2 so when you push line 2 it will rapid dial Voicemail Access.
