Q. Is there any way from preventing a call in a Ring All call queue from showing as a missed call in queue report for queue members that do not answer the call?
A. No, Switchvox considers a call 'missed' by any queue members who is rang from the queue, but does not answer. So in the case of a Ring All strategy, that is every member that doesn't answer.
If you'd like a different way of logging missed calls, we suggest using Round Robin or another ring strategy for your queues.
