Switchvox - What Features Will I Lose If My Switchvox Subscription Expires?

If your Switchvox support subscription expires, you will not be able to view, retrieve, or apply any additional Switchvox software updates, including bug fixes.

Also, you will lose access to advanced features of the Switchvox software. These features include:

• The client apps:

  • Desktop: Sangoma Phone for Windows and macOS

  • Mobile: Sangoma Talk for iOS and Android

  • Switchboard 

• Advanced Queues

• Hot Desking

If you need to add additional phone-type extensions, you must purchase a legacy subscription that does not include support.
