Switchvox - How do I get the QR code for the Switchvox Softphone for iPhone? [Obsolete]
The Switchvox Softphone for Mobile app is no longer supported. See Using the Switchvox Apps for information about the current apps, including the Sangoma mobile softphone and chat apps.
To obtain a QR code for configuring your Switchvox Softphone app for iPhone, please do the following:
Log in to your extension portal on the Switchvox, either directly or through the admin portal by using "Log In" button next to that extension on the Setup > Extensions > Manage page.
In the upper-right corner of the extension portal main page, click on the QR code icon button next to the Switchboard and "Set my status" buttons.
The page will display a pop-up containing a QR code, which you can then scan using the Switchvox Softphone app.
NOTE: Some iPhones do not bring up the camera to scan the QR code automatically. Please go HERE for steps to enable the setting.
