Switchvox - AA360 or AA380 cannot enter BIOS after 12/31/2020

As of December 31, 2020, you can no longer get into the BIOS Setup screen if the BIOS version is not up to date (eg. v2.0 as found on one of our test system). So you won't be able to change the device boot order to boot off of a USB drive, for instance

Steps to circumvent the issue

You can reset the CMOS on the motherboard by taking out the CMOS battery and shorting the + and - in the battery terminal socket.
