Description: When using Additional Phones connected to your main extension, you can set up call rules to ring your additional phones and main extension. When using a Ring All call rule to send either a direct or queue call to your additional phone, the call is not recorded.

Workaround: You can temporarily set up a call rule to use a Call Cascade which is recorded successfully. This will only allow you to ring one phone (either main extension or additional phone) at a time.
