Description: When creating a Ring All call rule on an extension you can enter extensions as an external number, allowing you to add IVRs, Queues, etc. This can cause issues since the Ring All function is only ever intended to send to extensions assigned to a Phone. While the non-phone extension will appear in the call Rule, if you modify the rule you will see that the extension is blank.
