Switchvox - 6.6.0.1 and Higher API Does Not Support AUTH=DIGEST

If your extend API are returning any variety of unauthorized or authorization required, after updating to 6.6.0.1 or higher, then "AUTH=DIGEST" is likely the reason why.

As part of the LDAP implementation for Switchvox beginning in version 6.6.0.1, the system no longer uses "DIGEST", however, various 3rd party software libraries default to using "DIGEST".

We suggest trying to change the AUTH request from HTTP=DIGEST to HTTP=BASIC.
