SWVX-12740 Password tooltip incorrect when LDAP is enabled

Description:  When LDAP is enabled the password field on the profile information page displays the wrong tooltip. The tooltip shows "Active Directory is enabled" where it should show  "External Authentication LDAP is enabled".
