Description: In certain circumstances such as hot-desking or reconfiguring extensions, you may experience an issue with Agent Status Indicators assigned to line-keys appearing blank or otherwise non-functional. This can be caused by the process of regenerating the phones rapid-dial keys where the BLF information is regenerated but the extension's contacts file is not.

Workaround: You can either add/modify the rapid-dial keys on the extension (which will cause the relevant files to regenerate), or alter the phone network from which the device connects under Server -> Networking -> Phone Networks -> Modify.
