Description: When updating a pause reason on the My Queue or Queue Member Activity widgets, the update only applies to the Switchboard instance and not to the database. This can lead to queue logging issues as only the initial pause is written to the database, any subsequent updates are not recorded.
Workaround: The issue can be avoided by having users unpause and then re-pause with a new note, rather than attempting to update the pause note.
