Switchvox - P-Asserted-ID caller ID not sent when placing call using API
SWVX-12872 P-Asserted-ID caller ID not sent when placing call using API
Validation Date: 2/6/2018
Affects Version: 6.6.0.1 - 6.6.0.4
Resolved Version: 6.7
Description: When using either the switchvox.users.call or switchvox.call APIs to send calls outbound, the P-Asserted-ID header is not included, leading to incorrect caller ID behavior. This does not affect manual calls from a phone.
Workaround: If your provider allows the caller ID method From Header, this can be configured under Setup -> Call Routing -> VOIP Providers -> Modify -> Caller ID settings
