Description:   Permisions from the main phone are not being added to additional phones. For example attempting to monitor a call from an additional phone results in the message "you are not permitted to dial this number". This happens even if the main extension has all of the correct permissions. 

Workaround: Calls can be monitored temporarily using the Switchboard
