How to resolve the error "Cannot upload extension .csv file to Switchvox using LDAP"
 

  • If you are receiving an error uploading an extension .csv file after enabling LDAP, the issue is most likely that your .csv file headers are not correct.

  • If you have set Switchvox to LDAP mode, (Setup > Extension Settings), the header-line must include username. Values for username are not required, but it must be in the header. This is meant as a reminder of how important usernames are when in LDAP mode.

  • The required headers for importing the extension .csv when using LDAP mode are: extfname, lnameemailtitlelocationpassword, voicemail_passwordphone_passworddigium_phone_mac_addressusername.
