Switchvox - What happens to recorded calls if you reach maximum HDD space capacity?

The Switchvox will stop recording calls, when the disk usage reaches or exceeds 80%, until the unit is backed up and the calls on the system are deleted.  At that point call recordings can begin again.

In order to avoid this issue, backup frequency can be set to 'Throughout the Day' to get out of this issue but doing so will put a strain on the system. please make sure that you have enough bandwidth to transfer the files relatively fast between your Switchvox system and FTP server.
