Switchvox softphone application for Iphone will not work on mobile data but works on wifi

If you experience that the Switchvox Softphone Application for Iphone does not work on mobile data, but works on wifi, then you likely have data restriction enabled for the application.

To resolve this, Navigate to Settings-Cellular on your Iphone. Find the Switchvox Softphone Application and make sure that mobile data is set to "Enabled". If this is turned off, then the application will not work on mobile data, it will only work on wifi.
