Description: When using the Drop down Assignment section of the Queue Calls Waiting widget in Switchboard to answer a call, no call recording is generated even if queue call recording is enabled. This seems to be caused by the way the Switchvox interprets the call. Calls answered in this way are read as Internal calls by the software, and Internal calls are not recorded under the same Call Recording rules.
