Switchvox - What to do When an SSL Cert Fails to Install
When an SSL cert fails to install the first thing to check is to make sure it is in PEM format and that there are no blank spaces at the beginning or end of the cert file. (This is the most common cause of failed certs.)
If there are no blank spaces within the cert and it still fails, obtain a new cert file and try the install again.
If the first two steps fail, upgrade the Switchvox to the latest software version then repeat the first step. If necessary, repeat the second step and the cert should be installed successfully.
