Switchvox - How to add Switchboard Queue Visibility on Software Version 5.xx

If an extension is unable to add queues to their Switchboard there are a few steps we can take to correct this:

1. First navigate to the Setup tab

2. Select Manage under the Extensions section

3. Modify the queue you wish to view

4. Select the Permissions tab and add your extension to the permissions lists

5. Once this is done, log into the Switchboard as that extension and navigate to Options

6. Select the Panels dropdown

7. Then select your newly available queue
