Switchvox - How to modify Jitter Settings on a single Extension

While logged into the Switchvox as admin:

1. Navigate to Setup

2. Select Manage under the Extensions header

3. Modify the extension(s) in question

4. Select the Phone Settings tab

5. Navigate to the Advanced Phone Options dropdown

6. Under Codec Settings, choose to modify the codec(s) being used

7. From here you can select to change the Jitter settings and codec packetization period
