Switchvox - What Causes My Call Logs To Be Erased on My Sangoma Phone?

The call logs on the Sangoma phone are temporary call logs, and when you reboot your phone they will be cleared.

Note: This only affects the copy of the call log that is stored on Sangoma phones. The complete call logs can still be found in the web interface.
