Switchvox - How do I change the messages that play for the directory?

1. Go to Tools > Sound Manager and view the Directory Folder.

2. In the Directory Folder are the system sounds played by the Directory extension (default x411).

3. Click the Modify action on any sound, to see its description. 

4. Click the Modify action to change the sound (or you can play the sound to your computer or to your phone).

5. Upload a new sound, or record a new sound over the phone.

6. Save the sound.

You cannot create a new sound and use it in the Directory, you must overwrite these system sounds. Overwriting these files cannot be undone unless you take a backup of your system first, and, if you want to go back to the default sound, you would have to restore your backup.
