Switchvox - Can one setup Music on Hold to playback in order, from the beginning in Switchvox?
The way Switchvox generates Music on Hold is by creating an audio stream that is constantly playing back while the system is running, when a customer is placed on hold they "tap into" this already running audio stream until the call is resumed, or in the case of a queue when the call is answered by an agent, so there is not currently a way to setup Music on Hold to play from the beginning for each caller.
