How to access the InCall Menu

The InCall menu allows you to quickly record or transfer calls without the need for a desk phone. While the InCall menu is available on any call through Switchvox, it is most helpful when used for rapid transfers with converged phones.
To access the InCall menu, simply press the asterisk key twice and the pound/hashtag key once (**#).
Use your phone's keypad to press ** then the rapid transfer key number. The key number is shown in your Additional Phones list.
You can also use the menu for other tasks. Press **# and follow the prompts to
press **#1 to transfer the call to another Switchvox extension
press **#2 to send the call to your voicemail
press **#3 to record the call
Your call is put on hold during these other tasks, so that you can navigate the Menu and complete the transfer or recording.
Note: The person you are calling will not hear the voice prompts from your in call menu, but may hear the dial tones from your key presses depending on your provider.
