Switchvox - How do I resolve a "PBX is offline" message that does not open a new page when clicked?
When accessing the admin interface of your Switchvox, you may see a message at the top of the screen like this one:
Usually you can click the error message and information will be displayed regarding the issue. However, if you click the icon and a new page fails to load, it can indicate that there was a communication problem with the Switchvox server checking it's licensing.
Simply navigate to Server -> Maintenance -> Updates and the error should be dismissed once the page loads.
Note: If the updates page is unable to load or presents an error, be sure that updates.switchvox.com & subscriptions.switchvox.com are able to resolve on your network as well as the Switchvox able to pass/receive traffic over ports 80/443 TCP. In the event the updates page loads properly, but the error message persist and you are unable to click it still, please contact technical support at support@digium.com or 1-877-344-4861
